The ball mill of Nanda Instrument
Nanjing Nanda series planetary ball mill is a necessary device for mixing, fine grinding, small sample preparation, new product development and small batch production of high-tech materials. The product is small in size, full-featured, high efficiency, low noise, is a scientific research unit, institutions of higher learning, enterprise laboratory to obtain research samples (each experiment can be obtained at the same time four samples) ideal equipment, equipped with vacuum ball milling tank, can be in the vacuum state or inert gas protection state of the sample. Widely used in geology, minerals, metallurgy, electronics, building materials, ceramics, chemical industry, light industry, medicine, environmental protection and other departments. QM series planetary ball mill is equipped with four ball milling tanks on the turntable. When the turntable rotates, the central axis of the ball milling tank makes planetary motion, and the grinding balls in the tank grind and mix samples in high-speed motion. The product can be crushed and mixed with different particle size and different materials by dry and wet methods. The grinding product can have a particle size of up to 0.1 microns (I. e. 1.0X10-4mm).
